SIMI offers scholarships and tuition fee support based on the policies of each region and the profile of each student. The tuition fees listed above are for 2021 and are subject to change without notice.

Tuition fees policy

The tuition fees policy is outlined in the student handbook, which students receive prior to enrolling in the program. The policy on tuition fees is subject to change without notice. SIMI reserves the right to determine whether or not the scholarship will be granted.

  • Training expenses consist of tuition, supported services, learning materials, and costs associated with the learning process, except textbooks (if purchased from other suppliers). In the student handbook, it is clearly noted that training prices do not cover application fees, consular legalization fees, notary fees, library participation fees, or other charges associated with the learning process.
  • Optional expenses will be outlined in the student handbook in detail. Students have the option to select or decline services. SIMI does not coerce or compel students to utilize optional services if they are included in an optional cost.
  • Students should thoroughly review the student handbook’s tuition refund policies.
  • SIMI evaluates requests for scholarships or tuition fee support on an impartial, nondiscriminatory basis, but reserves the right to offer scholarships and tuition fee support. The refusal, if any, is solely at SIMI’s discretion. SIMI may or may not provide an explanation.
  • Representatives of SIMI in foreign countries just collect tuition and transfer it to SIMI.
  • SIMI is committed to providing complete tuition fee information, without collecting anything not listed, and not requiring students to pay optional charges.

Policies regarding the refunding of tuition:

The tuition refunding policy is implemented in accordance with SIMI’s policies, as outlined in the student handbook, and applicable guidelines. Students are always provided with information prior to enrollment, and they must ensure that they comprehend the tuition refund rules before registering and after being accepted by SIMI.

The Tuition Refund Policies outline the categories of payments that are refundable or non-refundable, the reason for the refund, and the refund percentage (if any). The following are some notes on the tuition refund policy:

  • The registration fee will not be refunded whether or not the student is admitted to the program.
  • 100% of tuition costs are refunded 2 weeks prior to the first day of the first course (for the first tuition installment) and the first day of the second course (for subsequent tuition installments).
  • 50% of tuition costs are refunded 1 week prior to the first day of the first course (for the first tuition installment) and the first day of the second course (for subsequent tuition installments).
  • Tuition fees will not be refunded if the first day of the course (for the first tuition installment) and the first day of the second course (for subsequent tuition installments) have already started.
